Josef Böttinger (též Boettinger[1]) (29. ledna 1839 Plzeň - 14. října 1914 Praha) byl český fotograf[2] a odborník na reprodukční techniky.
Vystudoval chemii a malířství, v roce 1867 založil ateliér v Plzni. Fotografoval portréty, kroje, architekturu i události.[1] Pracoval jako specialista na reprodukční techniky pro nakladatele Karla Ferdinanda Bellmanna.[3]
