If so, the best thing to do would be to talk with User:Trizek (WMF), who's the community liason and can help you with all sort of questions about the projects. You can go to homepage directly using a special page Special:Homepage, view (and try to fill) the welcome survey at another special page Special:WelcomeSurvey and help panel can be enabled in Special:Preferences, Editing, "Enable the editor help panel". Maybe you want to do this at test.wikipedia.org, because this is a prod site and users probably won't be much happy when seeing test questions? --Martin Urbanec (diskuse) 28. 5. 2019, 14:40 (CEST)
