Davcza, All Israeli cities and settlements are listed in official documents of the Israel Statistics Bureu: http://www.cbs.gov.il/ishuvim/reshimalefishem.pdf (including settelments outside of the Zelená linie). Amona IS NOT listed there because it is illegal settlement in terms of Israeli laws, so state=Israel is not correct. ערן (diskuse) 6. 5. 2016, 08:12 (CEST)Odpovědět

Sorry, but this is legalistic/ideological reduction of reality. We do not fight against or for something here in wikipedia... Amona does exist, it is part of Regional Council of Mate Binyamin ([1]), its inhabitants are subjects of Israeli military administration. The fact, that the outpost is not officially listed in the database of yishuvim is not relevant, because many other perfectly legal villages (legal from Israeli perspective) are not listed as well, cause they are considered mere neighborhoods of other settlements. Or do you think that Nofej Prat is an illegal settlement in terms of Israeli law just because it is missing from the list of yishuvim you provided? Or do you BTW think that Ramat Aviv is an illegal settlement, just because it is (as a neighborhood of Tel Aviv) not listed there as well? The fact that Amona is not considered legal by Israeli government is fully explained in the article and there is no need to wage a battle over the flag. One day, an Iranian editor might try to replace Israeli flag in the article about Haifa with the Palestinian one (and from his legal perspective that would also make sense)... But I understand your point (of course Amona is not the same as Ramat Aviv) and I added a status item with explanation info the infobox. --Davcza (diskuse) 6. 5. 2016, 09:28 (CEST)Odpovědět
