As far as the field of CEE female science is being concerned one has to take into his or her concideration two key facts: 1, Europe is in fact "created" historically from two absolutelly different parts ( Western and Northern Europe have had for decades collonies all over the world and have had for centuries taken an advantage of it. Plus CEE states have had been for centuries by these countries )

2, EU structure these days has got quite unique system of democracy: Which means in fact and also de iure "who is larger or bigger" has also larger and bigger word in EU. However traditional democracy gives everybody equal rights.

According to the dry fact mentioned above, one sees the fact saying: "When Europe has been for decades divided economially into easy and not easy live regions,than it is obvious that also position of women in CEE was much more difficult, because of no profit of any collonies has had to be compensated by much harder work of both sexes for centuries."

This historical stigma has had obviously marked also field of CEE female science.

The thirth negative factor was: In the year 1945 at Yalta was the entire CEE given to Stalin as WWII compensation. USSR ( in cooperation with West and CEE ) has won WWII for CEE and obviously saved lives of the entire CEE ( Hitler has planned holocaust for all CEE citizens), but Stalin's system of building gulags in CEE has made position of CEE women very quickly much more difficult.

According to this situation were CEE women trying to survive economically and thanks to it world class science in CEE has had for decades almost no chance.

Paradox was that in Yalta 1945 West in fact created so called Communistic Block in CEE by giving these countries to Stalin, but West started to treat CEE not like WWII victims, but like their enemies.

In this situation female science in CEE has been also boycotted heavily by the entire Western civilization. Under USSR CEE states had to study Russian: It was compulsor ( English studies were not in general available ).

Freedom finally arrived in CEE in the year 1989, position of female CEE science has been getting stronger step by step.

Nevertheless, "succesful of occupanional era" were still running CEE even after 1989. Thanks to it CEE states has had to wait till a new generation of female scientist is being born. It has taken cca 25 years so far.

Thanks to the decades of tragic history of CEE are still female scientist in more difficult situation than their western cllleagues, because centuries of the difficult history of CEE has made these countries much poorer than western parts (average net income in e.g. Czechia is cca 700 euro).

Because of it even world class CEE female scientists can not pay someone to do for them necessary house work etc.

As we have just seen above: Thanks to a position of a permanent victim of European history are even these days CEE citizens in much more difficult situation than western parts. This very fact obviously has had also very negative effect on CEE female research and female science.
