Unsourced map

I removed once again this unsourced map, refer discussion on Commons and on English Wikipedia. This map is not to be used until proper sources have been provided. The map is incorrect for many areas, for example Nothern Netherlands is not depicted as catholic, allthough there are more catholics than protestants...And there are more catholics (24 %) in the Netherlands then in the Czech Republic.
