Yingshanosaurus jichuanensis is now known to have been described as a new genus and species in 1994 (http://permalink.gmane.org/gmane.science.dinosaurs.general/60071), meaning that is should not be considered a nomen nudum any longer. The reference for the original description of Yingshanosaurus is as follows:
