I am sorry, that I couldn't discuss this article in Czech. But I would like to add, that Wilhelm Horn was the editor of one of the earliest photographic journals, the "Photographisches Journal. Magazin praktischer Erfahrungen, Fortschritte, Notizen und Neuigkeiten aus dem Gebiete der Photographie für Photographen, Maler, Zeichner und Freunde der Kunst", issued from 1854 to 1865 in 23 volumes and now available online under: http://digital.slub-dresden.de/werkansicht/dlf/89060/1/0/cache.off, digitized by the Sächsische Landes- und Universitätsbibliothek (SLUB) in Dresden.
