Hi,
Sorry about writing in Czech. I can read Czech a bit, but I cannot write it well.
I think that the title of this article should be changed to "Karmel Šama" or "Karmel Šama Hakohen".
There is no reason to write "a'a". The letter א in the last name doesn't signify a glottal stop or a particularly long pronunciation.
His second last name "Hakohen" is used in the media quite often. If you look at the English Wikipedia, you'll see that there's also a curious story behind it. --Amir E. Aharoni (diskuse) 5. 1. 2019, 12:25 (CET)
