No problem. Can you set the number format to "12 345 678,123 45", disable the plural suffix and set the "per" word to "na" for me, please? However, some units use "za" as the "per" word in Czech, especially "per second". Petr Matas 19. 8. 2014, 11:19 (UTC)

I have just noticed that MediaWiki has functions for number formatting like {{formatnum:1000000.12}} --> 1 000 000,12. Maybe you'd like to use them in your scripts. Petr Matas 19. 8. 2014, 11:26 (UTC)

Please watch User:Johnuniq/translate and continue discussion there (that page has nothing in it now, but I will put some information there later). I want to leave my preferences so that I get an email if this talk page is edited at some future time, but I don't want a lot of emails for a routine discussion. Also, using a subpage is what I've done on other wikis (examples: no:User:Johnuniq/translate and zh:User:Johnuniq/translate).

Regarding formatnum: the convert module handles all formatting because it needs to control how the output is rounded, and how digits are represented (at the Hindi Wikipedia, they want results like 1.234 by default, with an option to show the same result as १.२३४).
