Флаг муниципального образования „Юринский район“ Республики Марий Эл представляет собой прямоугольное зелёное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, несущее в центре изображение белого зубчатого замка с двумя башнями и открытыми воротами из герба Юринского района, высота замка 1/2 от ширины полотнища, вдоль нижнего края флага шесть волнистых полос белого и синего цветов попеременно, общей высотой в 1/4 от ширины полотнища.
