«Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, разделённое на красную 3/4 и синюю 1/4 от ширины полосы, с тонкой белой границей по линии деления состоящей из смыкающихся чередующихся кругов и горизонтальных прямоугольников. В центре красной полосы композиция шириной 1/3 от длины полотнища, состоящей из жёлтого каравая с белой полной солонкой на белом рушнике с низко свисающими по бокам краями, на которых красная вышивка. Между краями рушника белоствольная берёза с золотой кроной, возникающая из линии деления».
