Русский: Флаг муниципального образования «Чертковский район» Ростовской области, Россия

«Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее элементы композиции герба Чертковского района в жёлтом, красном и зелёном цветах. Флаг состоит из скошенных трёх полос — крайние полосы воспроизводят правую композицию герба, а центральная полоса — левую композицию герба».

Описание герба: «В скошенном зелёном и червлёном поле справа — три костыля: два накрест остриями вниз, третий в столб, поверх скрещения, остриём вверх; слева — выходящий снизу слева корабельный нос с украшением в виде львиной головы; все фигуры золотые».
