Русский: Концов Максим Андреевич (1988–2022) — начальник разведки батальона Росгвардии, лейтенант. Герой Российской Федерации (2022).

Указом Президента Российской Федерации от 4 апреля 2022 года за мужество, отвагу и самоотверженность, проявленные при исполнении воинского и служебного долга, лейтенанту М.А. Концову присвоено звание Героя Российской Федерации (посмертно).

На почтовой марке изображены портрет Героя Российской Федерации М.А. Концова, сцена боевых действий и медаль «Золотая Звезда».
