Nevyřešené kritické problémy

Tato sekce slouží pro vkládání problémů, které jsou kritické a nebyly doposud vyřešeny.

Nevyřešené nekritické problémy

Tato sekce slouží pro vkládání problémů, které byly kritické, ale byly vyřešeny do té míry, že již kritické nejsou, anebo k nim je dostupný dostatečný workaround.

We can't hide a username (if the username is unsuitable or abusive)

You have to ask to rename that account. This problem is tracked by that task.

Aktualizace (2019): Po skrytí příspěvku se uživatelské jméno nezobrazuje alespoň na hlavní stránce, osobně to považuji za dostatečné. --Martin Urbanec (diskuse) 31. 3. 2019, 15:40 (CEST)

If a user replies to a post, they won't know about the reply till they reload the page. I know that this is usual state but when we want to use Flow for helpdesk for newcomers, it's important.

It is a known performance issue, but, based on my personal experience as a volunteer (user:Trizek) on the French Help desk, it quite never happen.

User cannot see only changes from last visit (diff), so in long topics is problem to find all new posts.

This point is going to be pen to investigation after the Flow satisfaction survey.

Open rights

• Everyone can edit all posts (there should be something like flow-edit-own)

  Autoconfirmed users can do that (and you, on your own posts). Rights can be defined per wiki. Please ask if you need any ajustements.

Nemožnost využít vlastního edit. tlačítka (Vojtasafr)

Po nějaké době od vložení reakce se přepnout na zobrazení přesného času (Vojtasafr)

Podobně jako Facebook, který pro nedávné příspěvky zobrazuje "před xy minutami/hodinami", pro příspěvky z téhož roku "29. března" a poté přesné datum. Podobně by se mohl chovat i SD. --Martin Urbanec (diskuse) 31. 3. 2019, 16:09 (CEST)

Odkazy na diskuse obsahují IDčka místo srozumitelného názvu diskuse (JAn Dudík)

v příspěvcích uživatele

• nejsou později needitovaná témata označena jako (aktuální)

Vyřešené problémy

Tato sekce slouží pro vkládání problémů, které byly plně vyřešeny (nebo uznány nekritickými).

Indenting (sometimes Flow post was indented bad even if the Reply button was pressed)

That's the case when you press "reply" on the last answer. In other cases, there is not known cases of bad indentations. "Reply" is used to create a sub-discussion (called "digression").

A few of our users said that they are not able to use Flow because their browser isn't able to open it (Flow fails, do not load and consuming a lot of memory)

Is these people using an old browser and/or personal scripts & gadgets? If yes, please check that page to solve these problems.

Hide Flow changes in RC (if a user wants it)

RC has different meanings. Can you elaborate?

Non-sysop can unlock thread which was locked by sysop (this is like a non-sysop can unprotect usual page)

At the moment, it is not possible to lock a topic. If by lock you mean using the "Označit jako vyřešené" function (triggered by &action=lock-topic), it can be done and undone by anyone.

Yes. Označit jako vyřešené was what I've meant. So maybe add protect function to Flow boards. There could be situation where protecting of a Flow board (or all talk pages) will be helpful. --Martin Urbanec (diskuse) 24. 6. 2016, 17:28 (CEST)
