  2. bylo poprvé zveřejněno před 1. březnem 1989 bez autorskoprávní výhrady nebo před rokem 1964 bez obnovy autorskoprávní ochrany nebo předtím, než země původu navázala autorskoprávní vztahy se Spojenými státy,
  3. bylo v zemi původu volným dílem k rozhodnému datu URAA (1. ledna 1996).
