Español: Bandera del Gobierno Federal venezolano que se utilizó desde el 12 de mayo de 1817 hasta el 20 de noviembre de 1817 cuando se agregó la octava estrella. Fue aprobada bajo decreto del Poder Ejecutivo dictado en Pampatar, Margarita, donde se estableció el uso de 7 estrellas azules en la franja amarilla en representación de las 7 provincias existentes para ese entonces en Venezuela. |
