Hledal jsem tento termín i jinde, ale nenašel jsem jej. Je zvláštní, že údajně třetí nejvyšší vodopád v Rakousku nemá svojí stránku v žádném jazyce, natož v němčině....

Fake News[editovat zdroj]
It is one of the highest waterfalls in Europe: totally famous, totally true, major attraction, near to the road and not true at all. Fake news.
- The source you are using, https://www.worldwaterfalldatabase.com/index.php/waterfall/Walcherfall-409, states: Status: Unconfirmed This waterfall is likely to exist, but its exact location, stature, and attributes have not yet been determined or confirmed. - how true!
- a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7DiX6lZkrQE (I would guess max. 10 meters)
- images: [1], [2], [3] (nothing falls, only flows)
- see also the the contour lines which will never give you the 328 meters: [4]
- The Schleierfall on amap.at is on the other side of the valley (47°09'46''N, 12°49'01''E), the Salzburg Wiki your are using as reference, states in [5] also the name Schleierfall, but I fear, as the only source.
- Please care also about the absurd ranking in Seznam vodopádů v Rakousku.

- Hello @Herzi Pinki:, so what exactly do you suggest? Deleting it whole as encyclopedically nonsignificant, or just... dunno, fixing the height? Do we have any reliable source on the total height? --GeXeS (diskuse) 3. 7. 2021, 19:50 (CEST)
- Thanks for the quick answer. there is a waterfall and geographic features are relevant. At least in the German WP. So I would keep it (with my WP:de bias) and remove all the references to the exaggerated height. I did not find a source for a height, so could you leave it blank? And remove it from Seznam vodopádů v Rakousku (which for sure is not true). Alternatively you could move it up the geographic hierarchy to the Walcher Bach, the creek that forms the waterfall and describe it there. I'm not sure about the alias Schleierfall. At least not in the official maps. And please consider the source https://www.worldwaterfalldatabase.com / https://www.europeanwaterfalls.com with caution. It is you who knows the local policies regarding geographical features better. best --Herzi Pinki (diskuse) 3. 7. 2021, 20:01 (CEST)
