Anthrax je americká heavymetalová hudební skupina. Anthrax byla jedna z nejpopulárnějších hudebních skupin 80. let 20. století v thrashmetalové scéně. Tato skupina je známá kombinováním metalové muziky s rapem, hardcorem a alternativním rockem a je označována za jednoho z „Velké čtyřky“ thrash metalu spolu se skupinami Metallica, Slayer a Megadeth.
