Allan Holdsworth (* 6. srpna 1946) je anglický kytarista a skladatel. Vydal dvanáct studiových alb jako sólový umělec a během své čtyřicetileté hudební kariéry hrál mnoho různých stylů hudby, nejvíce je však znám pro hraní ve stylu jazz fusion.
